About this house rental
THE ATRIUM is a 220 m² five-bedroom holiday house with a modern design integrating open plan and light spaces.
The house is designed around a six meter high glass fronted Atrium, which connects the kitchen/dining and living spaces on the ground floor and the three bedrooms on the first floor and offers amazing views to the mountains. At its centre is an impressive modern Kachelofen (tiled stove with combined heating oven and fire place).
The chalet is situated at the southern edge of Radstadt, approximately 1 km from the nearest ski lift and golf course and is within walking distance to the historic centre of Radstadt, which offers a good selection of restaurants and shopping facilities. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the skilifts.
An automatic garage is available and there are further parking spaces for up to four cars.
GENERAL LAYOUT AND DESIGN: The house is fully furnished to a modern taste with oak wooden floorings, modern designed kitchen, walnut doors and built-in wardrobes throughout as well as a range of designer bathroom fittings. At the same time, many of its architectural features and materials used show respect for its traditional environment and location.
GROUND FLOOR and FIRST FLOOR: GROUND FLOOR

- Dining table seating up to 12 people.
- Well-equipped kitchen offering all modern facilities and a breakfast bar.

- Three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet) and a dressing area. Two of the bedrooms have south facing balconies.
- Bathroom (bath with overhead shower and toilet).
- Landing area with an internal balcony overlooking part of the ground floor and with views over the unspoilt countryside and mountains.
BASEMENT: - Two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) with natural daylight
- Bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet).
- Additional shower room with sink, washing machine and dryer
- Sauna with steam combination oven
- Ski boot dryer

In Das Atrium haben wir uns auf den ersten Blick verliebt. Die Übergabe mit dem netten Vater des Vermieters klappte bestens. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bei unsere Ankunft war das Feuer im Kamin schon angelegt. Es war eine nette Begrusung fur uns. Das Haus selbst ist modern, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr viel Platz, grosse, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Sauna, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und der Ausblick auf die Loipe und die Piste war einfach umwerfend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Radstadt ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Schifahren in Sportwelt Amade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das kleine malerische Zentrum Radstadts ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Fur unsere Gruppe von 12 Personen war dieser Urlaub perfekt und sehr erholsam.
Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen, doch leider ist jeder Urlaub einmal zu Ende.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei euch und können es kaum erwarten. Das Atrium können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

In celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, we planned a special trip to Europe for our entire family. There were eleven of us - six adults and five children The highlight of our trip was a stay at Das Atrium! The house was clean, beautifully maintained and spacious for our group. The location is perfect for hiking, sightseeing, trips to Salzburg and just plain relaxing. It was everything the owner promised. We hope to return soon!

Erst einmal einen großen DANK an den Hausvermieter für die stets überaus schnelle und freundliche Email-Kommunikation sowie das kurze persönliche Kennenlernen am Anreisetag! Wir konnen bei schönstem Sommerwetter eine wundervolle Augustwoche im Kreise unserer großen Familie im ATRIUM verbringen, wo es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Vorallem das überaus große Platzangebot sowie die hochwertige Ferienhausausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem großartigen Sommererlebnis werden lassen. Abschließend möchten wir uns noch ganz herzlich bei der Verwalterin bedanken, welche uns stets mit großem Engagement und Wissen zur Seite stand. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Radstadt!

As a last minute opportunity to join our friends in the skiing-area of Flachau we were so lucky to stay in Das Atrium in Radstadt. The internet impression and telephone contact upfront were promising. We went on our way, a little bit holding back on expectations. That was not necessary. On our arrival we got a warm welcome and a nice tour while the fireplace was just lit and slowly burning. We immediately felt very comfortable and relaxed. Sitting near the fireplace enjoying the warmth, a nice glass and the marvellous views to the mountains is in one word fantastic. The utilities in the house are really good and more than sufficient. The good working WiFi and multimedia features are a welcome addition especially with four daughters of which two are teenagers. The combination of peace and quiet at the edge of town with all the possibilities of skiing, dining, shopping and much more activity close at hand is a real asset. To go short: if you have the possibility to go here, you should do it. It will exceed your expectations, at least it did for us.
