About this villa rental
Villa Lipa is more than 100 years old and completely renovated in a stylish, Mediterranean stone house where you can feel the spirit of the past at every step.
The house is located in Privlaka, on a plot of 1600 m2, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fig trees, just 700 meters from the sandy beach.
Among the olive trees in the garden, a swimming pool is 32 m2, a pure oasis of refreshment and relaxation. Next to the pool is the 60 m2 large terrace which is located right outside the house.
The decor of the villa is unique with handmade furniture, and the interior of the house has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms a bathroom and a toilet. Rooms offer additional space for two extra beds, so the villa can hold a total of 8 people.
Villa is air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Behind the house there is parking for 2 cars and a large garden overlooking one of the most beautiful old church in Dalmatia - Sv. Vid. The villa is located near the medieval town of Nin and the city of Zadar, one of the finest and most famous tourist cities in Croatia, an attractive city of tradition, known for the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the sun, beautiful beaches, historical sites, good restaurants and entertainment. In 2016, the city of Zadar received the title of the most beautiful destination in Europe.

Lovely stone house & pool in a good location for exploring the area. The house is close to a busy road but well screened and private.
Easy to visit Zadar, Nin, Plitvice lakes & island of Pag. Local sandy beach 10 mins walk down road to the left of the church.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare erholsame Wochen in diesem Traumhaus. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Ein überdachter, schattiger Tisch mit Grill lädt zum Essen ein um danach am schönen Pool inmitten von Olivenbäumen zu entspannen. Straße hört man nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr…

Das Haus ist wunderbar gemütlich und lässt von der ersten Minute an Urlaubsfeeling entstehen. Alles ist großzügig (für 4 Personen) angeordnet, der Pool ist sauber und die Olivenbäume verstärken den südlichen Eindruck. Der einzige Wermuthstropfen ist die Autostraße.

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Im Garten sind sogar noch ein paar mehr Olivenbäume beim Pool.
Das Haus ist wie wir erfahren haben schon über 100 Jahre alt und wurde wieder aufgebaut. Tolle alte Bausubstanz und toller Charme!
Wie bei den anderen Bewertungen haben wir auch die Strasse wahrgenommen, aber such uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, da die Zirkaden noch viiiel lauter waren.
In der Nähe des Hauses ist ein toller Sandstrand und super für Kinder, gar nicht voll und es kommt 1x am Tag der Eismann vorbei.
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
