This apartment, located in the attic, with about 100 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a large balcony, living room with small balcony, open kitchen, bathroom and separate dining room.
From the large living room, equipped with a comfortable couch and flat screen TV, DVD player (+ free WiFi), you come directly to the balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the Oberdorf. On the other hand, you have the open-plan kitchen with counter and bar stools, fully equipped incl. Dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
It continues in the 1st Bedroom with sloping roof (in the middle about 2m high) and 2 single beds (80x200cm), which can be pushed together at any time. Due to the low ceilings on the sides, this room is primarily suitable for children or younger adults.
In the bright daylight bathroom you will find a sink, bathtub, separate shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the small, cozy dining room at the extendable dining table.
The 2nd Bedroom (very large) with double bed (2 x 100x200cm) and large closet, offers in addition to the beautiful balcony (complete with garden furniture and umbrella) also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people.

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Die Familie ist sehr Herzlich und man hat sich Willkommen gefühlt .
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, da muss man schon ein paar Treppen steigen dafür genießt man dann auch die schöne Aussicht.
Für Kinder gibt es eine Rutsche, Schaukel und einen Sandkasten.
Bis zum Gengenbacher Obertor sind es ca. 10 Minuten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
