Approximately Apartment Duinweg 118 is located 200 m from the sandy beach between Westkapelle and Zoutelande.
The kilometers of sandy beaches in the state with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, at the apartment are also known as "Zeeuwse Rivièra".
The apartment is on the 1st Floor and leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment has a modern interior with many extras.
Three bedrooms are available. The parents' room has a 1.80 m box spring bed.
There is a guard machine in the bathroom.
The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen.
There is a large, modern 55 inch Ultra HD Samsung flat screen, with all German free TV programs and Sky HD receivers!
The kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a small oven, as well as a coffee and sense machine.
Free wifi reception on the entire site.
A door leads from the living room to the large south-facing balcony with new garden furniture.
In 2017 the entire facility was renewed and the apartment was completely renovated.
Thus, the apartment offers many amenities that are far above the local standard.
Since then, the apartment has been kept up to date through regular new acquisitions!
The car can be parked in front of the house on its own parking space.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
You have to bring your own towels and bedclothes, or you can rent them for an additional fee.

Die Wohnung wurde genauso vorgefunden, wie in der Prospektbeschreibung ausgewiesen war. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr nahe fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne einen erneuten Urlaub hier verbringen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was wir benötigten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatte eine schöne Woche und das Wetter hat auch gestimmt. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Die Wände (Ständerwände) innerhalb der Wohnung sind sehr sehr dünn, im Flur geht bei jeder Bewegung das Licht an, was vor allem nachts störend ist, wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer offen hat und sich nur umdrehen möchte im Bett. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit in den Schränken (Töpfe etc) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben nichts gekocht. Eine Glaskanne war so dreckig, dass wir sie zum Abschied auf der Arbeitsplatte für die Reinigungskraft stehen gelassen haben.
Ansonsten für 3 Personen viel Platz, sehr schönes Mobiliar und in wenigen Minuten durch Fußweg am Wasser.
