About this house rental
The holiday home built in 2014 is located in the heart of the old town of Erfurt. It is equipped on the ground floor with a modern fitted kitchen and a friendly dining area for up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a double room and a large, bright bathroom. The 2nd The upper floor is occupied by the living area from which you can reach the open upper sleeping area for 2 people. Of course there is a second bathroom here. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and we have placed great emphasis on clear and simple furnishings. In an emergency, the designer couch in the living room can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, creating space for a total of 6 people.

Very nice hosts. They were there to check us in . Great location in the old part of town . Everything was walkable . GPS had a hard time finding it by car . Took us to the alley that we couldn’t drive down . Be sure to bring soap and shampoo for the shower which we did have with us . All in all it was a great place to stay !

This property is amazing. It is cute, well maintained, and convenient to everything. We walked to the backery, grocery, Rossman, tons of restraunts. It was great. Close to the tram for trips to Egapark.
The property is around the corner from a music school, and I loved hearing the music. It felt like a private concert nearly daily.
