About this apartment rental
Set amidst the historical ensemble of Lindau Island, this bright, 2-room, non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 19th-century building. OG on 75 sqm welcome. The object is equipped for a maximum of 3 persons.
Come in and marvel at the ancient but well-preserved stucco on the ceiling of the living room. Here and in and adjacent dining area they have plenty of room for cozy TV and game nights. The open and modern kitchen includes everything you need for a nice dinner. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate toilet with sink and washing machine.
Down the hall you get into the bedroom with double bed (2x2m) and automatic ventilation. Directly adjacent you have a modern shower room on suite with a XXL shower. In the vicinity you will find a bakery, restaurants, the market square and the historic churches of the island.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, was bei Ferienwohnungen nicht immer der Fall ist. Sie ist geräumig und modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat viel Platz und Raum, vor allem im Wohnzimmer und im Bad. Die Lage ist genial - beide Bahnhöfe sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es um die Ecke und vor allem der See ist keine 50 Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Einziger Mangelpunkt wäre die Nähe zu den umliegenden Häusern, was aber auf der Insel oft der Fall ist. Im Winter war es vom Lärmpegel her sehr ruhig, wir wissen allerdings nicht, wie es in der Hochsaison ist. Die Hellhörigkeit im Gebäude könnte einige Gäste stören, für uns war das kein Problem. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt im vorweihnachtlichen Lindau und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, stillvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, alles was man auch fürs Haushalt braucht ist vorhanden. Alle Objekte auf der Insel sind in 5 min zu erreichen, inkl Restaurants, Museen, Theater, Badeplätze, Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Habe ich der Wohnung 3 Monate gewohnt, mit den Besuchern gelegentlich, alles war top.
