Spend your holiday in Niedersfeld in our holiday apartment in Winterberg - Niedersfeld, l it is located directly on the hiking area about 300m from Hillebachsee. In summer, the Hillebachsee offers a wakeboard and water ski track as well as a small outdoor pool. In winter, cross-country ski trails are groomed right on the lake and in the Hochheide. The ski lift on Eschenberg is located approx. 2 km away at the end of the village. The main ski area, the Winterberg ski carousel (with snow-making systems and floodlights) is approx. 8 km away, and the ski slope at the Ruhr source (snow-making system) is approx. 4 km away. There is also an outdoor karting facility right on Escheberg (approx. 2 km). Center Park Sauerland can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car.
In Niedersfeld itself you will find various restaurants as well as a bakery and a small supermarket. All of this is very easy to reach on foot.

You can stay with us with 2 to 3 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a couch (2.00mx 2.00m) also for 2 people.
Both the living room and bedroom are each equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. In the living room there is also a stereo system with CD and Bluetooth connection
The kitchen is integrated into the living room and, in addition to the usual household appliances such as a stove, oven and refrigerator, also has a dishwasher. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster are of course also available.
All rooms are equipped with modern infrared heating systems.
outdoors
The apartment is located on a quiet street (dead end) and has a permanently assigned, free parking lot. From the balcony you have a great view over the valley with the place NIedersfeld and the Hillebachsee
Please bring bed linen and towels, they are not included. Tourist tax will be paid in cash on site.
