About this house rental
Detached country house in the low hills (70 m a.s.l.) above the spa town of Montecatini Terme, in the Valdinievole area between Pisa and Florence. The house is located at the top of a hill and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The property consists of about 10,000 m² of hillside land, completely fenced, wooded and with olive trees, of which about 1,200 m² around the house is available to guests. Beautiful pool (depth 1.0-1.4 m), covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals and large stone barbecue. The surrounding area invites for nice walks. Possibility of fishing on the nearby river Pescia (6 km away) and sport fishing on a lake 10 km away. First floor: through the covered terrace access to the kitchen-living room, living room with fireplace (only decorative), satellite TV and direct access to the garden and covered terrace; one double bedroom with shower room and direct access to the garden; anteroom, bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with shower room and direct access to the garden; one bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden. Furnishings in rustic style, fly screens available. Places to visit: Montecatini Terme with its famous thermal baths 4 km away, Pistoia 20 km, Lucca 28 km, Pisa with its leaning tower 44 km, Viareggio (extensive sandy beaches) 52 km and the magnificent art city of Florence 56 km. The accommodation is located near Pistoia, which will be the city of culture in Italy in 2017. Arrival exclusively from 16- to 18h.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (3 SZ inkl. Bad, große Küche, Wohnzimmer, überdachte Terrasse), angenehm groß, AC in jedem Raum, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr großer Pool zur alleinigen Verwendung.
