About this house rental
A beautiful, recently completed 2800 square foot home which takes full advantage of its lakeside location with two stories of spacious decks, an outdoor bar with a patio just steps away from the water, and huge windows to enjoy the gorgeous view. The master bedroom is perfect for a romantic retreat with a huge bathtub built for 2, a king size bed, and a sliding glass door to enjoy the view together on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a huge granite island which is open to the living/dining space. There is even a separate commercial-style ice maker to make sure you have plenty of ice for all of your drinks and your ice chest. The main deck (same level as the kitchen) has 2 tables to allow for plenty of space for outdoor dining. There is also a comfortable outdoor couch with 2 chairs to allow for more seating which is quickly becoming a favorite for our renters. this deck has a charcoal barbecue grill. The waterside bar has bartop seating as well as a couch and chair area in front of the outdoor gas fireplace.
The house functions as a four bedroom with a 300 square foot game room designed for sleeping (no private door for this area). The game room has two twin beds perfect for children and/or young adults and a queen bed. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed. The secondary upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The master has a king bed. The living area has a large sectional couch (with a pullout bed) that can also sleep additional people, if needed. The master and second bedroom are both on the second floor. The master has an en suite bathroom as depicted in the photos. The second bedroom has a full bathroom immediately adjacent (includes tub and shower). The first floor bathroom (includes tub and shower) has a direct entry to the downstairs bedroom with the queen-sized bed. In other words, three bedrooms each have their own full bathroom which easily allows 3 couples to share the house while maintaining their privacy (The 1st floor bedroom and master both have televisions and sliding doors to their respective decks.)
This home has been built for fun and recreation for active adults and families. It has a beautiful lakeside bar with an outdoor gas fireplace just feet from the water. The bar includes a small refrigerator for beer and other drinks. There is also a full size freezer that will hold numerous bags of ice.
The dock has 2 slips with one 10X32 slip reserved for you to put your boat or jet ski. There is a swimming area where kids can play, adults can soak up the sun and all can fish. This dock has a crappie bed below and is a popular spot for local fishermen.
In addition to the lake side patio, there are decks off of both floors of the house. The view from these areas is truly breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The home is tucked in a private cove for water skiing and tubing, if you desire. Several of the lake's most popular spots are very close, including Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and many more. There is so much to do here - if you get bored, it's on you!

Big house with lots of space. Loved the backyard pub on the shore. Huge deck with plenty of seating to just chill. Hope to return.
