Beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Sungold", 5 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 200 m, café 50 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway, gondola lift, slopes, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 600 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Can be rented alongside property Ref: CH3920.210.1 as a 2-room apartment. The apartments are right next to each other (they share the same main entrance, but they also have separate entrances).

- Schlüssel-Anhänger mit Wohnungs-Nr anschreiben. - Lampe Essbereich prüfen, Lichtschalter Höhe auch prüfen, da auf Bettkantenende - Bessere Beschreibung für Abfallentsorgung. PET Sammlung vorhanden? Sonst alles gut, auch toll mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Danke

Das Studio bietet alles was man braucht: bequemes Bett (plastifizierte Mattrazenschoner lassen einen leider etwad schwitzen), praktisch ausgestattete Küche, TV, Sofa, Douche. Es ist praktisch, herzlich und zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Der Balkon führt leider direkt zur Strasse - es kam mir vor als würden die Leute und Taxis quer durch das Zimmer laufen. Auch war die Wohning ziemlich dunkel und mit der Zeit erwas trist. Daher nur für kurze Aufenthalte.

l'appartement était conforme a la description. Bien placé par rapport au remonté mécanique environ 10min, et au calme. Bien équipé pour ca petite taille. Le seul défaut est le fait qu'il soit au premier étage d'un chalet en contre-bas de la route, et que les passants voit chez vous si vous ne fermé pas. C'est un appartement surtout pour ceux qui sont la pour être dehors un maximum.

Great location - 5-10 minute walk to cable car station. Close to Spar and local bars Room good size for 2 people - sofa bed comfy but squeaky. Easy to put bed away each day and pull out. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Plenty of storage for ski gear. Ski boot room warm and kit dried well overnight Downside no WiFi and the Zermatt ski channel did not work so unable to get morning weather report/lift opening report
