About this apartment rental
The 2010 newly built apartment is located directly on the Rantumer Düne. It is only a 2 minute walk from here to the beach. The apartment faces west, so you can enjoy wonderful sunsets on the large terrace. A beautiful beach chair is available on the terrace. Furthermore, it is equipped with a wooden table with 4 chairs. In front of the terrace is a small lawn bordered by a typical Frisian wall.
The apartment has a large living-dining room with a built-in kitchenette. The kitchen has a microwave, 2
Plate stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. There is a flat screen and a DVD recorder in both the bedroom and the living room. In the chamber there is a washing machine with dryer for your laundry.
The bathroom has a rain shower and a large mirror across the entire width.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating. A parking space belongs to the apartment.
Sauna and swimming pool: There is a public beach sauna within walking distance.
Another public sauna is in the village hotel with a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a view of the Wadden Sea, which can be used for a fee. The village hotel is also just a few minutes' walk away.
There are also sports and various wellness offers here, so that nothing is missing.
Eating and drinking: The legendary restaurant 'Zanzibar', also located in rantum, is only 5 minutes away by car. Here you can eat and drink excellently in every season. The Söl'Ringhof is directly opposite the holiday complex. Here a 2 star chef cooks for you. But there are numerous other places to stop for a bite to eat in Rantum.
If you also like to eat at home, the village shop in Rantum is at your disposal. This also offers fresh bread rolls and the latest newspapers in the morning.
There is a bus service to explore the rest of the island without a car. The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters away.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, alles sauber und gut.
Die Lage isr toll, nur von einer kleinen Straße von den Dünen getrennt.

Die FeWo war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Allerdings fehlten einige Ausstattungsmerkmale, die heute eigentlich zum Standard gehören, wie z.B. WLAN. Der Esstisch hatte sehr schmale Abstände der Beine, die ein bequemes Sitzen einschränken. Es gab keine Deckleuchten im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, dort waren nur Lampen mit Steckdosenanschlüssen vorhanden, d.h. nach dem Ausschalten waren die Räume dunkel und die Orientierung erschwert. Die im Inserat hervorgehobene Aussicht wird durch die Bestandsbebauung älterer Häuserblöcke links und rechts der Terrasse eingeschränkt.

Leider ist der Blick zum Sonnenuntergang verbaut. Das Sofa ist wirklich durchgesessen und unbequem und sollte ersetzt werden. Sonst war es ok!!
