With us in the Frischmann Klaudia holiday apartment you can escape your hectic everyday life and spend a few relaxing days in Umhausen in the Ötztal.

Haus Frischmann offers a comfortable holiday apartment for up to 8 people with a personal flair and promises pure relaxation for the whole family.

Our apartment was awarded 3 out of 4 edelweiss by the regional association!

The modern and comfortably furnished apartment in our house is completely separated from the private area by its own entrance area!

The holiday apartment has three bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with dining area and a new bathroom with shower, washing area and toilet.

There are 2 balconies and a terrace as well as a ski cellar with a boot dryer!

Due to the optimal location of the house, in the middle of the Ötztal, our apartment is ideal for your summer or winter vacation! Even those seeking peace and quiet have made the best choice with us!
Our house is FAMILY FRIENDLY and PETS ARE ALLOWED!

Das Apartment, ist sehr großzügig und sehr modern gehalten. Genauso fühlt man sich wohl. Das einzige, das bitte als Tip an den Vermieter zu sehen, die Fernsehanlage naja!

Zum Skigebiet Sölden ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt, also gut gelegen. Hofer (Aldi) sehr nahe. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Großes und sehr sauberes Appartement. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
