Property description:
This beautiful 35 m² holiday home is located in the village of Rempesgrün in Auerbach. The entire property is fenced and overgrown. On the property you will find an oasis of peace with a porch swing.
A large freshwater pool for swimming and cooling in the nearby property of the landlord and lots of natural flower and shrub vegetation invite you to linger.
For your car is a parking space available. The house itself is very lovingly furnished and equipped with every comfort. On the more than 12 m² terrace you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. More natural tranquility and idyll can probably be found rarely.
A swimming pool is located on the property of the landlord and can be used in the summer months. Pets can be brought on request.
Domestic equipments:
The house has a porch as an entrance with a wardrobe. The living room with semi-integrated fully equipped kitchen is modern and friendly furnished and equipped with flat screen TV, satellite TV and radio. The bedroom has a modern and comfortable double bed and a more than adequate large wardrobe.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils that will make your holiday comfortable and uncompromising. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have windows. Even in colder temperatures, you feel comfortable, because the house is provided with heating. Additional features include a barbecue with accessories, sun loungers and a large parasol, as well as a two-piece seating set with a dining table for the terrace. Likewise, an idyllic embedded porch swing is part of the equipment.
Towels, sheets and crockery and everything necessary and useful is available.
The cottage is suitable for 2 persons.
During your holiday you can have a comfortable holiday home at a very reasonable price plus the variable electricity costs and the final cleaning fee of 20 €.
Please note in the cold season, a timely booking, as the house must be preheated for three days.

The former rural community Rempesgrün, first mentioned in 1437 as "Renntwissgrune" (later then Rempelßgrune, Rempesgrün, Rempelsgrun, Rembtpeßgrüenn), is located in today Vogtlandkreis "at" Auerbach. Together with Sorga and Hinterhain Rempesgrün was incorporated on 1 October 1923 to Auerbach and thus belongs to the current district town, as well as Mühlgrün (1912) and Brunn (1950), and later the districts Reumtengrün, Schnarrtanne with bird green, Beerheide and Rebesgrün , The so-called "landlord" had then (1551 and later) the manor Auerbach. Ecclesiastically, the place was "Pfarrt" in Auerbach in 1578. From 1930, the parish Auerbach was responsible. Rempesgrün was managed by Plauen from 1606, from 1856 by the court of Auerbach.
