About this apartment rental
The average furnished, approximately 85 m² 4½-room apartment is located in the first and thus top floor of a 2-family house between Cannobio and Cannero Riviera. It is a quiet and sunny location only about 200 meters from the lake (access to the water via a stone staircase). From the house you can explore the area on foot. A wide network of beautiful walking and hiking trails invites you to formally. Cannero Riviera is just over a 10-minute walk away. The special attraction of the "Casa Bougainville" consists in the spacious outdoor area, which consists of 3 private balconies and the approximately 150 m² large communal garden. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake under the wine pergola, the castles of Cannero and the opposite shore. There is free Wi-Fi internet access to navigate the internet. You can park your car on the private parking spaces about 20 meters from the house. The apartment can be reached via a 15-level outdoor spiral staircase out of stone, which opens onto the approximately 20 m² balcony with the apartment entrance. Pets are not allowed. Our tip: For 10 people we recommend a joint rental with the neighboring house Casa in Campagna! Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr steile Anfahrt über Serpentinen. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Hauses ist nur über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe aus Stein erreichbar, dafür mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt jedoch kein Wohnzimmer mit z.B. einem Sessel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend.
