The room and bathroom were excellent — warm, with a nice view from the window, and a comfortable mattress. Everything is new, clean, and modern. The location is great — I already knew this area and have stayed in Prati for the third time, because it’s free from the tourist crowds and chaos. I enjoy walking, and it’s only a 20-minute walk to the historic center, which is nothing. Communication with the host was excellent.
During my stay, the water and heating boiler broke down, so there was no hot water for two mornings. The host was very attentive, but since it was Sunday, it wasn’t possible to get a technician, and the boiler couldn’t be fixed quickly. However, they promised to provide compensation for the inconvenience — hopefully that will happen.

The studio apartment we had was fabulous. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The staff we spoke to were so welcoming and helpful. Messages were responded to quickly. The location is perfect, so close to the Vatican and other places you would want to visit, but also peaceful with lovely places to eat close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
I would say bring a night mask if you need a dark room to sleep as the curtains in our apartment, though beautiful, were very thin so the room was light.

Lovely apartment and only around the corner from St. Peter's Square. Plenty of choice of nearby restaurants for a meal in the evening.
