About this house rental
The almost 400 year old house is located in the middle of the tranquil old town of Neckargemünd in the immediate vicinity of the Neckar. It has about 90 square meters of living space, spread over 3 rooms and 3 floors and offers up to 6 beds. Due to its room layout, the house also offers a separate bedroom for up to 3 people.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, stove, large fridge, small dining area for 3 people) and the living and dining room, which can also be used as a bedroom (1 bed, 0.9 x 2m) Person can be used.
In the 1st On the first floor there is a daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m).
The 2nd Floor has a room with 2 single beds (0.9 x 2m). In the hallway there is a sofa which can also be used as a bed (0.8 x 2m).
The 3 rooms each have a TV. An Internet connection can be established in every room via WiFi.
The house can be approached by car to load and unload luggage. You can park in an underground car park which is approx. 100 m from the house.
The location of the house not only offers an opportunity to stroll through the old town of Neckargemünd with its more than 1000-year history or walks along the Neckar, but also provides the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area to reach. From here, Heidelberg, Ladenburg, Mannheim Neckarsteinach, Hirschhorn, Eberbach or Mosbach can be reached quickly. There is also a bus stop to Heidelberg about 100 m away.
The well-known outdoor pool in Neckargemünd is also within walking distance.

I took my family for a European vacation and we chose this place due to its close proximity to Heidelberg. This lovely old home is located in the old town area with close access to a bakery and a couple great restaurants. It’s a nice quiet area where we enjoyed going for walks by the river which is very close. There was parking down the road if you are driving and is located right by a bus stop as well.The host was very responsive and friendly.I would stay here again.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Ferienhaus und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön zum Wandern und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele kulturelle Orte zu erkunden wie natürlich Heidelberg aber auch Ladenburg, Schwetzingen und andere.
