The holiday apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor is located in a good middle-class holiday home. The half-timbered building is cosy, practical and functional. A barbecue area can be used right in front of the building. Enjoy the peace and cosiness in the Franconian village on the Tauber. There are hiking and cycling trails right next to the property. The Way of St James also passes by the village.
Visit the Celtic Wall in Creglingen-Finsterlohr and the Riemenschneider altars in Creglingen, Detwang or Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This medieval world-famous town is only ten kilometres away. The old town centre with its many cultural assets and monuments is surrounded by a walkable city wall. The open-air museum and the Frankentherme thermal baths in Bad Windsheim, 35 kilometres away, offer recreation and leisure fun whatever the weather, as do the wildlife park and the Solymar thermal baths in Bad Mergentheim. The Playmobilpark in Zirndorf and Legoland in Günzburg are also popular with young and old alike, both good for a day trip. For railway enthusiasts, there is the miniature model railway show of the Swiss St. Gotthard Railway in Reichelshofen, eight kilometres away.

Summary of reviewsThe renting family is very pleasant. The house, despite having a low standard, functions very well, is very clean, and well-maintained. The location by the pedestrian bridge over the Tauber river is charming.

Die Familie, die das Haus vermietet, ist sehr angenehm. Auch wenn das Haus einen niedrigen Standard, funktioniert alles sehr gut und es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ölofen in der Küche beheizt alle Zimmer mit, in den Schlafzimmern braucht man auch nicht unbedingt eine höhere Raumtemperatur.
Besonders reizvoll ist die Lage an einer Fußgängerbrücke über die Tauber. Von hier aus gelangt man direkt in den Wald oder auf den Taubertalradweg. Aus Küche und Wohnzimmer blickt man in die eine Richtung auf die Tauber und in die andere Richtung auf die Weinberge.
Das Haus liegt am Dorfrand und es gibt fast keinen Autoverkehr, so dass Kinder vor dem Haus spielen können. Ein kleiner Garten zur Nutzung ist auf dem Nachbargrundstück vorhanden.
