Guest tax of the city of Leipzig is included in the rental price.
We offer 2 nearly identical 1-room apartments in a renovated old building on the mezzanine floor. Kitchen, a well thought out living room with double bed and a cot, kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub are available.
The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.
We have placed it, getting a lot the atmosphere of the apartment. Everything is still original and wonderfully cozy.
The apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown, surrounded by parks and in a side street.
Whatever you decide, you will be surprised by this cozy apartment and want to keep coming back!
We live in the house next door and are thus always in the vicinity. Arrival times there is not, even at night, we received guests.
Special events such as wedding anniversary, birthday and other surprises are organized by us depending on the arrangement.
The following additional costs apply: 20, - cleaning fee once, 10, - per pet once, 10, - day and night for each additional guest over 2 people.
We are obliged to collect this amount from you locally and pay it to the city of Leipzig.
For your own exploration there are two rental bikes available 5, - / day + bike

Excellent apartment very close to the city centre. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities that you would expect from a holiday let.
The tram stop is only a 4 minute walk away and the hbf is only 4 stops away.
Overall I would recommend this apartment for a city break.

Es war zwar ein wenig laut durch die Bewohner, die dort mit im Haus wohnen, aber es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
