The Villa Lucija (210m2) with a plot of 600m2 1, located in Funtana,
5 minutes from Porec and Vrsar. In just 300m range is a beautiful beach,
with bike and walking trails, soccer and basketball courts. The villa is located in the countryside,
in an absolutely quiet area and has sea views. The next building is 100m
away, allowing guests to enjoy a perfect intimacy. An own
Tennis court and pool provide the right ambience. A barbecue in the courtyard
and a playground for children are also available. The house has 4

3 terraces and ample parking for several cars. All Around the house
there is a fruit and vegetable garden, which the guests can use as well as the

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool. In 10min ist man zu Fuß bei einigen Restaurants und zum Strand. Ich kann die Beachbar dort nur empfehlen, kalte Getränke zum Sonnenuntergang.
Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Frühstücksterasse wundervoll.
Achtung Hundehalter: Das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt. Unser Hund hat es geschafft, aus dem Grundstück zu entfliehen und nach 30min stand er wieder bellend vor dem Eingangstor…

Das ursprüngliche Familienhaus liegt in einer mit Bedacht und Voraussicht geplanten Garteninsel ohne Einblicksmöglichkeit, was das Baden am gepflegten Pool sehr intim gestaltet. Neue Liegen und Schirme setzten mit den schönen Fächerpalmen optische Akzente. Der große Tisch hinter dem Haus war für unsere Großfamilie den ganzen Tag über der optimale Essplatz. Ideal ist das Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke ohne durch Lärm zu stören. Die Lokale der Umgebung sind großartig und müssen vorreserviert werden (z.B. Konoba Bare oder Daniela!). Zdravko ist als Vermietern sehr freundlich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Der Tennisplatz ist eine nette Zugabe aber nicht für Profis. Die Schaukelmöglichkeiten für die Kinder sind gefährlich, da sich darunter eine Graniteinfassung befindet. Haben wir daher vorübergehend abmontiert.
Das Baden im Meer ist vor allem in Vrsar sehr beliebt. Parkplätze findet man gegen Bezahlung über der Marina.
Alles in Allem war es ein sehr privater komfortabler Urlaub.
