About this apartment rental
Attention: the apartment is about Christmas still to rent, otherwise in private use. For a 14-day booking we offer a special price. And she is only for max. 2 adults plus 2 children (5-16 years) suitable.
Luxury dream apartment in a free-standing villa, directly on a ski slope, therefore, only 5m (!) Tauwiesen to ski lift, 200m to train Penzing. It is idyllically quiet and you have the most beautiful view in the Kitzbühel area on the Kaisergebirge, the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Kitzbühel Alps.
The apartment has large picture windows. The chalet-style apartment has a wonderfully generous roof beam construction with open roof architecture in a nearly 65sqm large living room with fireplace, where you can experience pure winter romance in pattering fire.
Equipped with bright, Italian lounge furniture, light-colored natural wood floor, Sony HD TV, Bose stereo system incl. Subwoofer, tiled stove as a room divider and a fully-equipped, open-plan living-kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, espresso machine, oven, etc). The separate bedroom has also TV, has spacious Eibauschränke and a four-poster bed with Altholzbaldachin.
Further sleeping facilities are located on the gallery - which can be reached by a ladder in the living room - with a view over the whole apartment. This is ideal for 1-2 children from the age of 5 to 16 years. Two beautiful and bright bathrooms with wonderfully cozy underfloor heating and each with its own shower / bath and toilet complete the perfect living comfort. Two large balconies are both outside the bedroom and off the living room. Believe us: you have been looking for a long time to get a comparable living experience in the Kitzbühel winter world at such an attractive price in the high season Christmas / New Year!
By the way: Kitzbühel was voted the best ski resort worldwide in 2015, 2016 and 2017!
For the price of the day, there is an additional EUR 1.80 local tax / tourist tax per person / day.

We enjoyed our stay in Oberndorf and its surroundings and visited several loval ski-ing areas. The house is very nice in terms of comfort and atmosphere in the living room. Only the sleeping arrangements can be improved.

Great view, and location.No washing machine. Poor lighting. Problem with wifi first 2 days (then resolved). Farmers field just below had manure spread on it twice so very unpleasant smell all afternoon. Slightly awkward entrance, with outside, then steep inside steps. Quirky, but ok.
