About this apartment rental
cozy, special artistic apartment from the 60 ies with a fantastic mountain view and wonderful, fresh Allgäu air.
Several Sleeps, 2 living room, where you can retreat for reading and relaxing, a cozy living room with corner seat and table; with crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils, oven, toaster, refrigerator and cooling cabinet.
A living, dining, gaming, music room to recover and together, or alone, to make music (good piano and sheet music available) or read oider play together or entertain etc .: Holiday Make !!!
Hiking books 'for late risers' and many hiking suggestions can be found in the house!
In winter, all ski areas: Nebelhorn, Bolsterlang, Kleinwalsertal, Balderschwang etc. easily accessible by bus, train or car.
Ski lift and ski school 300 meters from the house. Also ideal for ski tourers.
The beautiful Allgäu village fishing is easily accessible in 8 minutes, there are plenty of shopping opportunities, good and nice restaurants and farms, museums, sculpture, a cultural 'Fiskina' with interesting meetings, concerts, reading room and other events for all guests.
Nearby there is a gym Park in the fresh air, the fun and the joints oiled, a mini golf course, tennis courts, the family pool is located 7 minutes at the end of Mill Street, another, very nice and relaxing water park (with slides for children), even in winter, is in Sonthofen. Golf facility.
The house is cozy, if the weather invites to stay at home, when the sun attracts the beautiful mountains of a true vacation. In summer bathe the brave, hardy even in the clear mountain stream outside the house.

Die geringe Entfernung zum Ortszentrum mit u.a. Bahnhof, Supermarkt etc. ist ideal, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehenswert. Die Einrichtung sieht vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, funktioniert im Wesentlichen aber alles wie es soll. Wir sind mit 5 Personen super zurecht gekommen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief einwandfrei.
Die Abfallentsorgung ist ein bisschen ungewohnt gewesen (der Müll kann bis auf Restmüll nicht direkt am Haus entsorgt werden; man muss dafür in den Ort laufen) aber im Endeffekt auch nicht sonderlich störend.
Wir hatten einen sehr guten Urlaub, da gibt esnichts auszusetzen.
