Location is great, hot tub is massive and luxurious but needs an arm to help with the lid. Staff very friendly.
Out of date mouldy waffles left in cupboard (previous guests). Dust on some canopies. Leaking under sink in shower room (reported).

It was clean, warm, welcoming, the pool and the games room were loved by my little boy. The staff in the reception were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. A hidden gem not to be missed.
