a fantastic stay in Chamonix! extremely cosy and comfortable, had everything needed to host 6 adults for multiple days of skiing. very very close to Brevent gondola, only a 3 minute walk (uphill!). private ski locker was a helpful bonus.
nothing! enjoyed the whole trip. would happily stay here again.

Chamonix Resort management was extremely responsive and helpful. They primarily communicated via WhatsApp and spoke English natively. Additionally, the location of the unit is excellent with good access to both the city center and the Brevent gondola. Finally, the unit was reasonably clean and provisioned.
Picking up and dropping off the keys at the Chamonix Resort office was an unnecessary hassle requiring a 15+ minute walk—I wish they had used a lockbox instead. The photos make the unit appear larger than it actually is, and the bathroom setup is suboptimal with two bathrooms split across three locations. The unit is adjacent to the elevator which can be heard whenever it's in use. Additionally, access to the ski locker is not provided, which is problematic because it's against building rules to take equipment into the unit or to walk around in ski boots, and the residents were quite eager to point this out to us. Finally, the neighbors are belligerent, and will bang on the walls and start screaming if you make any noise, such as speaking above a whisper or using kitchen appliances. Though we were very quiet and always asleep by 10pm, this negative interaction occurred at times such as 8:15am, 11am, and 9pm.
