Un endroit parfait pour se reposer, dans un village très calme, avec un centre remarquablement aménagé autour de la cuisine du chef Andreas Caminada.
L’hôtel propose une cuisine typique des Grisons, interprétée avec respect et créativité par l’un des jeunes chefs de l’équipe Caminada. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très complet, et composé de produits locaux frais.
Le bâtiment agricole, transformé par l’architecte Gion Caminada, respecte avec finesse la tradition constructive des Grisons. La décoration est sobre et délicate. L’ensemble crée un lieu accueillant, cosy et particulièrement agréable.

Die Vielfalt und die frische der Produkte sind nicht zu übertreffen. Noch nie haben sie wir so geschmacksvolle. schnörkellose und fantastische Omeletten und Rühreier gegessen. Besser geht nicht.
