About this house rental
Completely newly built, one-storey, barrier-free, light-flooded apartment, built with healthy building materials such as brick, lime plaster and wood. Very quiet location in the middle of a small village, away from mass tourism.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. These are furnished with a barrier-free shower in the torrent design, a ceramic wash basin including a flat mirror with LED lighting and a hair dryer. Rimless toilets incl. The soft closing system and the special eye-catcher in both bathrooms are the photo motifs in the shower, which were taken during a hike to the hanging stove (2056 m).
Every room has a flat screen TV. In the front building there is an extra toilet with the same equipment.
A utility room contains everything you need for in-between cleaning or washing clothes.
Also in the front of the house are two shoe dryers, ideal to dry your shoes after a nice day of skiing or a long day of hiking. To relax, there is a spacious living room with a wonderful view of the mountains, an infrared cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and of course a dishwasher. You can end the day on the comfortable and spacious leather couch, which can also be pulled out, as a cozy TV evening (Satellite TV) or with a good book.
Free WiFi is also available.
In addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room with a sock dryer.
two children's chairs and two cots and a children's sleigh are available.
The apartment is ideal for children, as there are no crash sites and there are no thresholds or the like when romping around.
In the summer months, entry to the nearby outdoor pool is included in the rental price.
Two sledges are available free of charge in winter.

The apartment was really clean and even better than in the pictures. The beds were really good and the large Windows opened up to a wonderful landscape.The renters were friendly and helpful. I really recommend this apartment!

Very nice hosts. Warm welcome with a fresh fruit table waiting for the guests. Very clean and comfortable premisses, equipped in everything you need for excellent stay. I strongly recommend it

We loved our stay. The apartment id every comfortable and clean. The kitchen hasn't allow we needed. The views from the windows are very nice. The blinds outside the windows allow the apartment too stay cool on hot days. Fridolin and Maria are very friendly and welcoming hosts . We are definitely coming again !

Wir waren schon das 2te Mal in St. Martin im Urlaub und wie beim letzten Mal war alles Top. Das Haus bietet alles was man so braucht, die Gegend ist wunderschön und die Vermieter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
