About this house rental
Our cottage 'NEGRA 'is situated in the village Mazici / Budva. The apartment is about 60 m² and is located on the ground floor of the house.
In the bedroom, the double bed with back-friendly mattresses equipped. Two additional sleeping accommodations offers comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Here is intergrieter dining area from real wood furniture. The well equipped kitchen has everything for breakfast, lunch and dinner. TV available free of charge via satellite (German TV), Wireless Internet, cot, barbecue front of the terrace. Parking in front of the house. The large terrace 50m² with sea view, with impressive views of the Adriatic Sea and famous hotel island 'Sv. Stefan '. One floor down is second separate bedroom approx 12m with shower / WC with satellite TV and Internet via Wi-Fi, and a fridge.

Guests arriving from Croatia by car, drive over Tivat to Budva. At the output of Budva street, then turn left to Cetinje. After about 5 km on the left and right leads village Markovici the road to the village Mazici. At the end of the main street, the house is located.
The host family Jovicevic / Obermayer offers German language support and assist you with advice and information available. Due to our guests excursions can be organized inexpensive to the most beautiful parts of Montenegro. In Budva and rental cars are inexpensive to obtain.

What a lovely holiday home, made even lovelier by the the hosts Vesna and Rolf.We were greeted by lager, cakes and pick as many as you want grapes out on the vine.We all chatted together quite a few times and shared much information.We were unwell for a couple of days and Vesna and Rolf were only to happy to be of assistance if we needed it.Villa Negra contained everything that we needed and is a great place to stay.

Vesna and Rolf are amazing hosts. Vesna was there to welcome us, and they in the same house, so it is easy to get in contact, if you have any questions during your stay. Vesna even gave us vegetables from her lovely garden. They made us feel very welcome. The apartment is just as described in the listing, and it is nice to be away from the hustle in Budva. We travelled with our youngest son and his girlfriend, and they even got their own bedroom downstairs from us - much appreciated! We came by car, and there is parking in front of the house, and when leaving, Vesna helped us finding the best way to cross the borders.
Highly recommended.

Vesna reserves you a fabulous welcome. She always takes care of you. The cottage is very well equipped and very well located. Isolated from the madness of the city.

points positifs :
- propriétaires avenants, aux petits soins, connaissant bien la région
- maison propre,très bien équipée avec bon matériel
- endroit calme
- produits du potager sur place
points négatifs :
- maison dans un cul-de-sac, sans pouvoir débuter une randonnée : donc voiture obligatoire
- passages fréquents des propriétaires sur la terrasse : c'est marqué qu'il s'agit d'un rez-de-chaussée d'une maison, mais à savoir pour ceux qui veulent de l'intimité
- plusieurs soirs sans eau courante : donc pas de douche et comme il a fait entre 35 et 40°C (à l'ombre) tout le séjour, pas agréable de ne pouvoir se rafraîchir
- routes avec peu d'arrêts possibles, très fréquentées et très dangereuses de par le comportement des automobilistes
- très peu de visites vu la chaleur et le stress sur les routes
- belle terrasse, mais impossible d'en profiter à cause des moustiques et autres insectes piqueurs
- souvent bruits la nuit (chiens, chats, parfois voitures assez tôt)
à éviter en été, ce serait sans doute plus agréable hors saison.
