Restoration of a stone and woodwork barn in the center of Allemont, immediately close to all amenities and shops.

Comfortable chalet, 3 levels for a total surface of 120 m2.
This chalet is originally an old Barn-Stable completely renovated.
The initial configuration of the building only allowed access to the upper floor by a steep staircase, but secured by ramps on each side and non-slip strips on each step. Child safety gates for access to the foot and top of the stairs.
Sleeping capacity upstairs:
3 bedrooms (sleeps 8).
Two closed bedrooms, each with a double bed;
An open room type mezzanine with two pull-out beds or four beds 1 person.
Kitchen open to living room with fireplace stove.
A bathroom (Italian shower) and separate WC.
By the outside access a magnificent festive room in an old vaulted stable in visible stones.
Outdoor terrace 45 m2, equipped with a fixed barbecue.
The exterior of the property extends in dimension in an undergrowth.
ADDITIONAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION.
In the temple of hiking and cycling IDEALLY placed for cycling events, Alpes d Huzes, Marmotte, B. R.A, Mégavalanche, Tour de France!

The apartment is very nice, cozy and exactly as described.Very clean so we we had a very pleasure journey even if just for 2 nights.Super suggested!

Nice little cottage, 10 minutes walk to ski lift and lockers. Close to local store. We have had a great time in Allemond with the family.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, le chalet est bien situé (proche des remontées mécaniques pour rejoindre L'ALPES D'HUEZ) et le sous sol aménagé est un réel plus.
Cependant, nous avons été surpris qu'à la fin de notre Weekend d'avoir à payer une quarantaine d'Eur d'électricité (8 personnes sans consommation excessive), pensez donc à anticiper ces frais
A noter que la salle de bain et les toilettes ne se ferme pas à clefs, et que l'isolation laisse vraiment à désirer.
Je tiens quand même à saluer la réactivité de l'hôte.
