The 1-room apartment is located in Remshalden-Geradstetten - very central in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station and only 2 minutes by car. away from the B29 expressway, which takes you to Stuttgart in 15 minutes. It comprises a combined living room / bedroom with a kitchen open to the living room / bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The living room / bedroom and the bathroom were completely renovated in 2016. The bathroom has a window and daylight. The window of the living room / bedroom has 2 sliding blinds and an additional roller shutter.
The bed system and the one-piece mattress were bought new in 2017. The lying area is 2mx1.40m.
You can reach the apartment from the sidewalk / street without steps, stairs or barriers.
The apartment is ideal for short breaks, as an overnight stay when visiting family, relatives and friends, for business travelers, commuters, trade fair visitors, for further training, as a transitional solution for apartment seekers and much more. In a few minutes' walk, some within sight, you can reach cycling and hiking trails in the forest and vineyards, all shops, beer gardens and broom restaurants, restaurants of all categories and the outdoor pool. You don't need a car. The S-Bahn S2 leaves just 50 m from the house and takes you, for example, directly to Stuttgart main station in 29 minutes, to the university in 39 minutes, to the university and Stuttgart airport in 56 minutes.

Was a wonderful place to stay has everything you need. Grocery shopping and train within 5 minutes walk. There are great restaurants just one train stop away. My daughter and I love the visit. Shower has amazing pressure.

Auf der Webseite ist nicht erkennbar, dass es nur ein Zimmer mit Kochecke ist. Außerdem im Souterrain. Der TV und auch die Einrichtung sind etwas altertümlich.
