The apartment is very nice, well-furnished, in a great location
The toilet in the top floor is tiny but all the rest is gorgeous.

Location - very well located and easy to find.
Person delivering the keys was awesome - had a map, suggestions, told us a lot about the property, answered questions
Enjoyed the balcony
Instructions for washing machine could me more explicit especially for non-European travelers. It took us much longer than it should have to do laundry.

La disposition et taille des pièces, la décoration et l’ameublement, les luminaires et différents points lumineux, l’emplacement, les 3 salles de bain, la terrasse, la qualité de la literie, la réactivité des propriétaires, les produits de bain (Ortigia).
Le manque de matériel et de praticité de la cuisine.
