Great property and facilities.
The pool was nice but the wooden structure around it was a bit weak.

Una villa eccellente per trascorrere piacevolmente del tempo con un gruppo mediamente numeroso (noi eravamo 11 adulti più 3 bambini).
Vicina a Roma con una vista incantevole sulle colline e un giardino ben curato. Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e spaziosi.
Accoglienza gentile, disponibile ma non invadente, tra l'altro la signora che gestisce la casa è una cuoca eccellente.
Per la zona piscina e l'area barbecue ci sono ampi margini di miglioramentoi.

Amazing space, beautiful setting, really great set up for a group of families with young children. Rooms were really nicely done up with great bathrooms nearly all ensuite.
No air conditioning in the downstairs rooms.
Pools was on a raised platform so couldn’t see it from the deck chair area and more of a plunge pool but good for kids to muck around a bit and cool off. Would be great to have a pizza oven but there is a bbq. Nothing in walking distance but we were expecting that and we did some amazing trips out to beautiful local lake areas, beaches and Rome.

The villa had so many entertainment options and was presented immaculately. The chef service for €20 per person plus ingredient costs was amazing - best lasagne I've ever had and the cooks we're so nice. The pool area, basketball court and basement with pool and ping pong was great as was the kitchen.
Air-conditioning upstairs in one room didn't work properly but the custodian brought fans quickly to help solve the problem.
