Rustic 3-family house "Casa Mulino". In a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 700 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees. Motor access to 40 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Laveno" 10 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 10 km, pebble beach 800 m. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 3 km.
2-room semi-detached house 45 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04. Patio partly roofed. Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung in absoluter Ruhe. Für uns ein Traum! Riesiger Garten, tolle überdachte Terrasse, genügend Platz um Auto, Anhänger und Vespa abzustellen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist „gemütlich“. Es steht eine Menge Deko im Haus rum, aber das macht es wohnlich. Manche Dinge sind schon leicht defekt, für uns nicht wirklich ein Problem. Über die alten, kaputten Gartenmöbel wurde schon viel geschrieben. Und das Bett ist nach wie vor ein „ no go“!!!!

Gemütliches kleines Haus in schöner naturnaher Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad 3 Minuten zum See. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ideal zum entspannen und runterfahren. Bei der Ausstattung müsste unbedingt nachgebessert werden.
