About this house rental
☀️ Welcome to our charming country house with breathtaking sea views over the Bay of Gigaro!
🏡 The house is quietly located in the middle of nature and in the "Mas de Gigaro" complex, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur.
✨ Enjoy breakfast with sunrise on the terrace and the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the sea.
📍 Perfect for couples, families or friends (max. 4 people)- here you can experience peace, nature & that real South of France feeling.
In the house (for max. 4 people) with 68m2 on 2 floors there are 2 bedrooms of approximately the same size, each with a double bed with single mattresses (dimensions: 2 x 90x200 cm), a bathroom with a rain shower, a separate toilet, the living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a 42 m2 terrace, as well as a garden in front of the house and below the terrace.
On the upper floor there is air conditioning for the particularly hot days and also for heating in winter. There are also 2 sun loungers at your disposal!
Free WLAN (internet access) and a free private parking space are also available to our guests!
In the complex there is a supervised pool with clubhouse and tennis courts (for a fee, but only a small fee!). The complex is very spacious and private right down to the sea.
Only 10 km from the world-famous Pampelonne Beach with beach clubs (e.g. le Club 55) and only 14 km to Saint Tropez!
On the beach of Gigaro (sea) there are several restaurants (prior reservation absolutely necessary!) and bars as well as a small SPAR supermarket with groceries for daily needs (distance from our Mas: 1 km, 20 min walk). The village of Croix-Valmer can be reached by a free shuttle service in high season!

In the high season we only rent on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday)! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

The accomodation was very clean and we liked ist very much. Especially the sea-view.We felt very comfortable there. The house is very cosy and ideal for two people. But, in our opinion, the shrubs in front of the terrace need to be trimmed soon, because they will obstruct the view in the future. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the neighbours during the first week. They were very noisy, but after they left, everything was really lovely.It is quite a long way from the entrance gate of the community to the house. The road is very winding und bumpy. And after this, to get into the house, you have to climb a lot of stairs.But once you sit down on the terrace, you forget all that.

We have just returned from a week at Andreas' place in Gigaro. What a wonderful week of sunshine, swimming and relaxation. The location is great, and very close to both a pool and beach, and the area very peaceful. Would highly recommend and would love to come again!
