The Häusl is beautifully situated between Kitzbühel and the Zillertal, in close proximity to the highest waterfalls in Europe, in the mountain village A - 5743 Krimml
2008 to 2014 with four edelweiss, the highest award of the regional association of Austria.
The hut has a living space of approx. 35 square meters and is equipped with underfloor heating.
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as sauna access, which is located underground in the garden.
The living area can also be heated with a basic stove.
The 4-person sleeping camp is accessible via a ladder. The beds are covered with beaver bed linen or, on request, with original hand-woven linen bed linen.
The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping option.
Twin - Sat. -TV with all European TV channels and internet connection are available.
The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator. Toaster, coffee machine and an additional wood stove.
A dining table with a corner bench completes the cozy kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at the hut, we loved the traditional style of the house, our kids could play on the snow just in front of the door and after a day of ski we could use the sauna :) The ski area of HochKrimml in the Zillertal Arena is just 15 minutes away! We would love to come back and we can totally recommend it!

Amazing location, nice short drive to the slopes or get the bus, great not to be part of the usual hustle n bustle, fantastic history of the building and area, very small property but we made it work with 5 adults, will be going back again if in the area in the future. Toprated! A*

The cottage is an historic place and offers what is needed. It is perfect for a small group like us (Family of 3). The interior is very charming and even better then described. The sofa in the main room has been exchanged with a modern sofa and is now super comfortable. The kitchen is very original and cooking is possible. The bathroom is a bit small, but super nicely arranged and has a floor heating. I loved the shower.
Sleeping is an climbing excursion, especially when climbing down! Net, net, we very much enjoyed our stay and consider to come back again. Thanks!

Coziest cabin that was perfect for a long weekend! Kitchen has everything you need to cook and the wood stove kept the space warm. Check in and communication were easy. You need to be careful getting to the sleeping loft but the bedding is super comfortable and spacious. Sauna was great after a day of hiking and the shower takes a while to warm up but that was also fine after a sauna :) You can walk to the shop and restaurants in town and also start hikes from the property. A perfect stay for our family of 3 and our dog!
