The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Apartment IST POR 698 (4 people) and IST POR 699 (4 people) are located in the same house. Stone house in Tuscan style. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.
