Semi-detached house "Aleksa", 4 storeys. In the heart of the city, 180 m from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. In the house: internet access. Public parking 300 m extra. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach 1.2 km.
3-room semi-detached house 150 m2 on 4 levels, south facing position. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: dining room. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Upper floor: living room 25 m2 with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Sep. WC. No heating option. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 270 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 9 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Super schöne Wohnung, sehr gepflegt, Lage ist top, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, günstige Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Empfehlenswert!!!

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt, perfekt für Spaziergänge in der Früh, wenn niemand in der Stadt ist, die autofreie Zone ist perfekt für Kinder und alle, die Ruhe suchen. Am Abend füllt sich die Stadt natürlich, aber es war nie unangenehm laut. Waschmaschine im Haus. Parken beim Strand (Parking TREF, 20kn/Tag, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Haus). Bei der Anreise in der Tiefgarage parken und Koffer zum Haus tragen - war auch kein Problem. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr fein eingerichtet.

Very well kept house on 4 levels; kitchen on ground floor, living room on next, then 2 bedroom with the top bedroom having a small balcony overlooking a small plaza with very good restaurant in it. Each floor has a bathroom. Amenities include very well stocked kitchen, wifi, TV and A/c. The kitchen lacks a microwave. Great location for exploring Sibenik, and reasonably near the bus station for those traveling by bus. Parking is difficult all over Sibenik. Expect to pay 3-10 kuna per hour including overnight. They do ticket...we got one when searching for change. Many don't take credit cards or bills. The apartment was lacking a smoke detector, a potential safety hazard in a house built like a chimney. This should be addressed. There was almost no space to put clothes or belongings away, as most space was taken up with spare linens. Overall loved the place though.
