About this house rental
Piccola Perla is a small but fine DTV rated 4 star holiday home in an idyllic atmosphere but with very good transport links. The house is at the lower end of the city of Bad Sachsa. However, the city center can be reached in a very short time (even on foot or by bike). There you will not only find everything you need for your daily needs (groceries, hygiene articles etc.) but also restaurants and ice cream parlors, a bar, souvenir shops and fashion shops as well as a ski rental. A little further up you will also find our beautiful Kurpark and the Ravensberg on which you can go hiking or cycling from spring to autumn and tobogganing, skiing (and much more) in winter.
There is also a charging station for electric cars in the city (approx. 1.2 km away). Here you can charge your electric car while strolling through the city or having a meal.
The house is newly renovated and modern and comfortably furnished. It has 2 bedrooms (the 1st Bedroom with a double bed and the second with 2 senior beds, which are height adjustable) and a living room with a couch. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. In addition, the house has a spacious bathroom with shower and an entrance area with a cloakroom. In addition, the house has a WiFi connection and bed linen and towels are also provided!
In front of the house there is a paved courtyard where you can park your car. If you walk around the house you will reach the courtyard from where you can get inside the house. The inner courtyard is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uffe and invites you to relax with its seclusion and the surrounding nature.

Eine wunderschöne, moderne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit kleinen Willkommensgrüssen. Wir haben uns die Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten abends nach unseren Ausflügen richten entspannen.
Bei der Ankunft sind wir sehr nett von Familie Neumann empfangen worden. Und sie waren auch sehr hilfsbereit bei dem unterbringen des Anhängers mit Motorrad und jederzeit Zeit ansprechbar bei Fragen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Super sauber. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Haben uns im verlängertem Wochenende sehr wohl gefühlt. Für das Wetter konnte niemand etwas :):)...

Alles war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man konnte sich nur wohlfühlen. Dort würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder Urlaub machen :)
