Spacious, high quality furnished 5 bedroom villa for 6 people near the sea with a large terrace, pool, garden and stunning views. The picturesque fishing and holiday resort Kukljica with diverse restaurants, daily market, shops and marina is about 15 minutes' walk. The historical town of Zadar (. 4 C.) With around 80,000 inhabitants can be reached by public transport in about 45 minutes..
The highlight of the villa is the magnificent view of the 170 square meter terrace with swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m. The south-scale barbecue invites you to linger. The property extends over 600 square meters, the villa itself over approximately 220 square meters. On the ground floor level of the living / dining area with fully equipped open kitchen. The large sliding picture windows provide stunning sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds, a medium-sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom / WC, a double sink and shower and bathroom with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms as well as the living / dining area are equipped with air conditioning. The large terrace (9 x 3 m) can be accessed from both bedrooms and offers fantastic views of the nearby island and the sea.
Since the passage to the open sea and the Kornati islands in the immediate vicinity, you can watch from the terrace the passing of fishing and pleasure boats and spend a varied time with family or friends. Behind the villa is parking for 2 cars. Also there are 2 bicycles available.

Vi älskade huset, det var väl sorterat , modernt rent och fräscht.
Terrassen var väl tilltagen runt om huset med en vacker utsikt och en strid ström båtar som passerade förbi.
Utomhus grillen var mycket uppskattad av oss och användes ofta!
Väl tilltagna sovrum med sköna sängar.
Vi återkommer gärna till huset igen😃👍

My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities youd need. If we ever end up in Croatia again, this is where wed stay. The only things I could nitpik would be a neighbors dog barking for hours every evening, and that the people in the village (most of Croatia in our experience, in fact) arent very friendly. Obviously both are out of the control of the owner. All in all, this place is amazing!
