A holiday in the 'Haus Annabelle' in the snowy Damüls leaves nothing to be desired. In our newly furnished apartment you can enjoy wonderful and unforgettable vacation days. The newly furnished, top modern apartment on the 3rd OG, is complete. equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer (incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine) dining table with 7 seats, 1 sofa bed, children's toys, books for children and adults, various Games, 2 x cable TV, south-facing spacious balcony with panoramic view (in summer with balcony furniture), ski room at ground level, elevator, garage parking space .. The valley station UGA is approx. 350m, ski bus stops in front of the house. In the village center you will find shops, bank, groomed. Gastronomy, tourist office. Ideal for families with children, skiers, mountain bikers, hikers and those looking for relaxation.
At home Annabelle Top 12: Winter: Top lifts, state-of-the-art equipment for slope grooming and all crowned with the Voralberg slope quality seal. The Damüls ski school employs 70 professionals who not only specialize in the ski area, but also in all other snow sports equipment. The highest level of training and optimal organization of the ski school team guarantee the best learning success, lots of fun, variety, action and safety.
Nightlife & Apres Ski :: Voralberg's largest umbrella bar is located in the Damüls ski area. Mountain restaurants, ski huts, snack bars, kiosks, bars and pubs.
Summer :: Elaborated mountain bike tours, the largest Voralberg forest rope garden: In a grown forest, steel cables are stretched between trees at heights between 2 and 10 meters. Fantastic views and surprising challenges, another experience is the walk to the Seewaldsee. The beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy all kinds of adventures.

The apartment was nice, clean, and has a nice view. Technically a ski-out from Damüls if you can find the path. Kitchen was well-equipped. A nice play to stay. Oh and the ski-room is great, actually has the little heated hangars for gloves and boots which was unexpected.

The glow from the church on the hill and the Christmas lights truly made the holiday magical for us! We appreciated that we could walk to the gondola and our non-skiing family members could easily take winter hikes from the apartment. The hosts were super responsive and check-in and out couldn’t be easier. We had 7 in our party and one kid slept on the sofa which worked just fine!

Moderne gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Garagenplatz. Uga-Talstation fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die bei Fragen sofort und hilfreich erreichbar ist. Gerne wieder!
