The comfortably furnished 110 square meter apartment has 1 living / dining room, 3 bedrooms with a 1.40m bed, a single bed and a double bed, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ideal for self-catering, a spacious hallway and a south-west balcony with awning and wonderful Hercules view. The quiet yet central location of the house provides the perfect starting point for activities in Kassel and the surrounding area. Regio-Tram and several bus stops are within walking distance.

Part of the World Heritage include, for example, the Hercules as a landmark with its unique water features, the castle Wilhelmshöhe at his feet, the lion castle and the Karlsaue with the Orangerie. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir waren zu fünft da und haben alle wunderbar geschlafen - die Betten waren einfach super. Und auf dem Balkon hatten wir auch alle Platz :-)
Frau Siemon war im Vorfeld sehr gut zu erreichen und hat auf E-Mails sofort und verlässlich geantwortet. Der gesamte Kontakt war freundlich und unkomplziert und wenn es uns wieder einmal nach Kassel verschlagen sollte, dann fragen wir die Wohnung ganz bestimmt an.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und hat einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man bequem zu viert sitzen kann. Die Betten waren wunderbar zum schlafen mit sehr guten Matratzen. Die Lage ist super, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Straßenbahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, zum HBF und damit Zentrum Kassel fährt man 1 Station. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Siemon war ganz unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Straßenbahn ist aber in der Nähe.
