Surrounded by pinewoods on a sandy beach, our newly built exclusive vacation home with complete and comfortable well-furnished apartment is placed in a quiet area with a 2200 m² maintained garden around it, private parking, and fenced by evergreen hedges. Large grass surfaces exist alongside with citrus trees, palms and cypresses. An also large pergola with an external barbecue invites you to enjoy eating at the garden. The generous terrace provide you a green-blue panorama with unforgettable sunrises and romantic sunsets.
Sports and leisure facilities: In a region with such a large sea-front, Chalkidiki has to offer almost every water activity you can imagine. Also for the ones who are not particularly keen to water sports, there are many activities to choose, in order to have a wonderful time in Chalkidiki. Choose from a wide range of leisure and sport activities from the following: Swimming, Fishing, Cycling, Golf, Jeep-Safari, Mountain biking, Bowling, Horse Riding, Walking, Jet-Ski, Parasailing, Windsurfing, Boat Tours, Bowling, Museums, Exhibitions, Theatre and Open Air Concerts, Boat Tours to Sithonia or the Holy Mountain Athos, a trip to Kassandreia with the traditional market every Tuesday, Exhibitions, Theatre and Open Air Concerts, the Cave of Petralona, Ancient Places of Stageira and Olynthos, visit several towns like Athitos, Kallithea, Chanioti, Siviri, and why not a Shopping Tour to Thessaloniki?

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr gepflegten und gut angelegten Unterkunft.Die Jahreszeit im Oktober war für uns perfekt.25 Grad und ein kristallklares Meer,das nur 40 Meter von der Anlage entfernt war.Den Strand hatten wir für uns alleine.Genial war die Ruhe und die Einsamkeit.Besonders gut hat uns die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter gefallen,die sich allen Angelegenheiten wie Auto,Restaurant,Schiffstour usw. annahmen.Diese Unterkunft kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an die Familie Papadopoulous für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
Die Tipps die Sie uns gegeben haben für Essen, Strand und Ausflüge (wird alles gerne von der Familie gebucht) sind Gold wert gewesen. Ohne diese hätten wir bestimmt die schönsten Ecken der Kassandra nie so stressfrei kennengelernt.
Besonders als Griechenland Neulinge.
Zum Anwesen und den Appartments kann man nicht viel sagen, so ein liebevolles und gepflegtes Anwesen haben wir selten gesehen. Die Bilder sprechen mehr als 1000. Worte. Ein Traum.
Unser nächster Urlaub in der Sun Residence ist schon in Vorbereitung.
