About this apartment rental
Our house is in a quiet location in the idyllic village of rails, near the forest and only a few minutes from Lake Constance. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Enjoy your vacation in the fascinating Lake Constance landscape. We are happy to personally take care of our guests and their well-being.
Our comfortable apartment for two people consists of a living room with a complete kitchen, separate bedroom, shower / toilet, furnished sun terrace and lawn.
The equipment includes: bedroom with double bed, large living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, satellite TV, cozy dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge / freezer, 4-burner electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed on request.
Parking in front of the house.
You live with a watercolor painter and have the opportunity to watch him paint.
In the village there is a "shop", where baked goods and basic food from the region are offered.
Two dining restaurants take care of your physical well-being.

The apartment is spaceous and nice and cool during this hot season. The hosts are very friendly and have great tips for things to see and do. We really enjoyed our stay with them.
