About this apartment rental
The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn built. He lived in it with his family and employees. In GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated apartment building and rent the two apartments on the upper floor and the attic if we do not need them ourselves or are not rented out as furnished apartments in the long term.
We look forward to welcoming you to our green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of downtown Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes from the center of Leipzig.
The apartment is located in the fully developed attic of the old villa and has its very special charm with the exposed beams. In addition to two bedrooms, each with a double bed, the apartment has a gallery with two single beds.
The living and dining room with the gallery is very open and invites you to eat and relax. The living area is extended by the spacious loggia with a view of the garden and the city center of Schkeuditz.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine.) The bathroom offers plenty of space and has both a shower and a bathtub.

Tolle Vermieter, tolle Wohnung.
Eine Kleinigkeit.... In der Küche ist wenig Wasserdruck auf der Spüle. Sonst gab es nichts zu meckern.
