Child friendly, cosy, comfortable apartment house "Girun", 1'050 m a.s.l., built in 1977, renovated in 2008. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, garden. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 1 km, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee 3 km, Crestasee 1 km, Laaxersee 6 km.

Die 2,5-Zimmerwohnung mit Galerie (2 Betten für die Kinder) und separatem Elternschlafzimmer ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die hauseigene Sauna mitzubenützen. Die Skibus-Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf (Denner) besteht in ca. 800m Distanz.

Die Wohnung liegt gleich neben der Skibusstation. Nach 4 Minuten Fahrt ist man an der Talstation. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was nötig ist. Der Skiraum ist sehr praktisch.

Kleine, herzige, aber sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Platz optimal ausgenutzt (Galerie). Lage sehr gut. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Schöne Aussicht auf Films. Schade, dass wir erst um 18.00h in die Wohnung konnten (Schlüsselübergabe). Ebenfalls gestaltete sich die Buchung über Interhome auf Englisch eher kompliziert.
