About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor, was newly expanded and rented for the first time for the State Garden Show 2015. There will be 1 - 4 people Course (quotation for the first Person), additional bed up to 6 guests on request. It is comfortable, modern and stylish.
In the newly renovated historic building "Erzgebirgshof" (built in 1889) is this modern and high quality furnished 72sqm apartment located. It is bright and sunny (east-south-west orientation) and composed as follows:
luxurious bathroom (granite, bath, shower, hairdryer)
Alno brand kitchen with NEFF appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and ceramic hob), coffee maker, kettle, toaster
Living area with dining table, 6 chairs, sofa with coffee table in a modern design with satellite TV and flat screen TV
2 separate bedrooms, equipped with double beds (180cm and 160cm wide) with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed, which can be used on request for an additional one to two people.
The apartment is Non smoking zone, smoking is outdoors as well.
The floors are granite and laminate, there is no wallpaper and curtains for hygienic reasons. pets on request,
° Access for guests / fees payable on arrival
Key collection takes place on arrival and departure by arrangement. For the final cleaning is on site for occupancy up to 2 people and use only one bedroom, an amount of 20 €, from 3 guests 30 €, and - if desired - for the linen package with bed linen and towels of 5 € per guest to pay. If you want to bring your own towels and bedclothes you have to inform us in time. A children / baby high chair can be ordered for only 5 €.

The apartment is located only 100m to the entrance of the Saxon State Garden Show 2015. As of March 2016, the extensive grounds with its attractive playgrounds, its quiet zones and the graduation of all citizens and tourists is available free as a park. Access is via a handicapped accessible and suitable for strollers pedestrian bridge, also suitable for bicycles,
° For motorsport friends
The distance to the Sachsenring is only 9 km, we offer a shuttle service there.
Even the mining museum is an attraction of Oelsnitz (information at Web site mining museum-Oelsnitz)
In the weeks before Christmas attracts the immediate area with numerous Christmas markets, uphill trains and mountain parades. Traditional Erzgebirge craftsmanship is offered for sale.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Check-In war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür parken. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten. So konnten wir uns selbst versorgen, was in der reichlich ausgestatteten Küche kein Problem war.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Tagesausflüge und
die Abende haben wir im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer ausklingen lassen. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Sehr liebevoller Empfang und freundlicher Service vor Ort! Ausstattung hervorragend, es war von allem ausreichend vorhanden, selbst Kaffee und Hygieneartikel wurden bereit gestellt :-)! Eine tolle und aufmerksame Leistung.
Lage und Umgebung waren sehr schön. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort zum Wandern und genießen. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt!

Checkin, Abwicklung, Sauberkeit und Übernachtung waren in Ordnung. Leider hat die Wohnung ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit an einigen Wänden. Das trübt das sonst gute Bild.

Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und geräumig. Es gäbe nur Gutes über das Objekt zu sagen, wäre es nicht bei Anreise saukalt gewesen.
