Waldbreitbach is a climatic health resort with approx. 1,600 inhabitants and is located in the Wiedtal valley of the Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park, between Bonn and Koblenz. The new holiday flat is quietly situated by the forest. The panoramic terrace offers a view of the Wiedtal valley and the heights. From the property you can walk directly into the forest.
The 3-star flat is a granny flat and is located in a neighbourhood. It has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and an eat-in kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge, filter bags for coffee machine, tea towels, dishcloths, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, games, books and children's equipment.
In the living area there is a double sofa bed (140x195) and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom facilities: shower and whirlpool bath, cupboard with toilet paper, hairdryer and first aid kit.
On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue. Many extras included in the price.

The village is known as a Christmas village on television. The village is transformed from 1 Advent to the beginning of February. The world's largest natural nativity scene is set up in the church, the Advent wreath floats on the Wied, the Christmas pyramid rotates, the houses in the centre of the village are decorated with fairy lights and you can admire various nativity scenes throughout the village. If you like, you can take the illuminated cot trail from the village up to the monastery, which is lit up in the shape of a star. Here you can swim, cycle, canoe, play tennis, hike,... Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende über den Jahreswechsel 2016/17 in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist exakt den Beschreibungen entsprechend, ca 1-2 km von Waldbreitbach entfernt gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Tal und den gegenüberliegenden "Bärenkopp", ein sehr schönes Wandergebiet. Nach unseren Wanderungen in der frostig-kalten Umgebung haben wir uns auf die kuschelig warme, gemütliche Wohnung gefreut. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber nicht beengt und schön ausgestattet, mit Allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind sehr gut. Das Einzige, was nicht funktioniert hat, war der Wlan- Anschluss, die Signale waren zu schwach, das störte uns aber nicht weiter. Danke an Familie Schäfer für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
