About this apartment rental
The perfect basis for a relaxed and restful stay in Sylt!
Bright and spacious 2.5 room maisonette apartment with 66sqm spread over 2 floors! There is a private parking space in front of the house, which belongs exclusively to your apartment! Behind the house is the spacious south-facing garden, where you will also find the beach chairs! A bike stand is also available!
This apartment is lovingly and individually furnished down to the smallest detail!
The floor-to-ceiling living room windows facing south (balcony) let the sun flood into the rooms in the morning (electric shutters available)! In addition to a comfortable leather couch, you can expect a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a sound system with I-Pod docking station. The entire living and dining area, as well as the daylight bathroom are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating! If you have a Sky / Kabel Germany card, you can use it (Sky Box without card available).
The real wood kitchen has a granite worktop with ceramic hob, fridge with 3 * star freezer compartment, microwave with grill and crisp function (e.g. for French fries or pizza), integrated extractor hood, large dishwasher, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, electric. Kettle, toaster, egg cooker, citrus press, moulinette with various grater attachments, electric fondue! Sufficient dishes and Nachtmann glasses for a variety of drinks are also available!
Bedroom 1
The bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV is located on the upper living level (solar-powered shutters).
Bedroom 2
The second small bedroom is equipped with 2 pull-out sofa beds. Roller shutters available. Underfloor heating.
From your south-facing balcony you look out into the spacious sunny garden in which the beach chairs are located!
Parking space in front of the house (free of charge).
Non smoking.
Parking for bicycles available.
Shared washing machine in the house for free use available.
The rental price includes final cleaning, basic laundry packages (bed linen, towels, bath towels), table linen, electricity, heating and utilities.
From January 2010, the landlord has to collect the tourist tax and must therefore be transferred with the last payment before arrival.
Pets are welcome at no additional cost
A bike rental is about 5 minutes away on foot, next to it is a bakery.
You too will be amazed by the wonderfully beautiful, varied, distinctive landscape and the wonderful 40 km long sandy beaches of the island of Sylt.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, dennnoch zentral und nahe am Strand und der City von Westerland. Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten, hellen Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns als kleine Aufmerksamkeit ein erfrischendes Getränk, was kennzeichnend war für den netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
Mit Auto, Fahrrädern und zu Fuß erkundeten wir die Insel (Empfehlung: Lister Ellenbogen ab Hafen mit dem Rad, hin und zurück erwa 20 Kilometer) , verwoben alte Erfahrungen mit neuen Eindrücken und kehrten danach immer gerne in die schöne Wohnung zurück!
Ein Dank an Familie Bremer! Wir kommen wieder! ❣️

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Strand und auch Fussgängerzone sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Objekt war okay, Einrichtung etwas Old school, leider ist die Insel komplett überlaufen …
Haben heute morgen 3 Stunden gebraucht um auf den Zug zu kommen…
