The apartment is located near San Miniato, a beautiful medieval town on the Via Francigena - the spiritual trail that once led pilgrims from northern Europe to Rome. Ideal for guests looking for relaxing vacations and excursions to the main art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation nur in Englisch oder Italienisch möglich.
Leider ist man stets auf das Auto angewiesen. Selbst kleine Spaziergänge um das Objekt herum sind nicht möglich. Ausser man geht das Risiko ein und läuft auf der Hauptstrasse, was dann keinen Spaziergang mehr gleicht.
Der Pool war immer sauber und stand uns jederzeit zur unserer Verfügung.
Die Bilder aus dem Internet waren ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung. Vor Ort zeigte sich, dass die Bilder stark nachbearbeitet wurden. Original ist es nicht so hell und so "modern" wie beworben. Die FeWo ist zweckmässig mit restaurierten Möbeln ausgestattet. Hatte Charme, was aber auch den "alten" Geruch mit sich bringt (bedingt auch durch das feucht-warme Klima vor Ort).
Insektenschutznetze wären noch gut gewesen, da es doch einige Insekten gibt, die sich schnell ins Haus verirren - vor allem nachts.
