About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartments with shared pool on an organic farm in Sovana (2 km)! On this farm of about 70 hectares, excellent wines are produced and it includes vineyards of Rosso di Sovana and Bianco di Pitigliano, as well as olive groves, woods, pastures for sheep and an educational animal farm that will delight your children. Here you can enjoy the real country life and combine total relaxation with cultural visits. Discover the nearby archaeological park "Città del Tufo", dotted with an Etruscan necropolis and surrounded by a beautiful natural environment. We also recommend you to visit Sorano and Pitigliano, which together with Sovana are called the "Tufa Towns of Maremma". At the farm you can ask for some typical dishes prepared with the farm's own products (payment on the spot) or buy directly wine, oil, cheese, honey and vegetables. In the agrotourism there is also a riding stable and it is possible to participate in horseback riding excursions (payment on site) in the nature or along archaeological routes. Pool towels on request and payment. Distances: 2 km Sovana (grocery stores), 5 km Pitigliano (stores of all kinds), 7 km Sorano (tennis), 15 km Terme di Saturnia, 30 km Lake Bolsena (various water sports), 45 km the sea of Argentario (embarkation for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri). Summary of reviewsWe had a very nice stay near Sovana. The area is beautiful with many tuff stone rocks and stunning views! The apartment was great for 4 people, simple but with everything you need. The owners are friendly. Ideal for a vacation with pets.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Sovana. Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend mit vielen Tuffstein Felsen und herrlichen Ausblicken! Pitgliano, Sorano und Sovana sind sehr pittoreske besondere Orte. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist wirklich genug Platz für 4 Personen, die Wohnung ist einfach, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und auch die Abrechnung etc. war korrekt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund sehr geeignet. Tierlieb sollte man schon sein bei dieser Wohnung. Es gibt mehrere Katze, kleine Hunde und Pferde.
Wir waren jedenfalls begeistert. Zum Wandern ist die Gegend sehr geeignet. Die Hohlwege sind sehr interessant und allgemein die vielen etruskischen Besichtigungsorte. Gut erreichbar und wunderbar sind auch die heißen Quellen von Saturnia die kostenlos zugänglich sind. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
