About this house rental

Nestled in the idyllic Italian countryside, the charming holiday apartment Nonna Rina is located in a residence with three units in Monzambano. The welcoming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower), and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include fans, air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV, and washing machine. Outside, you can relax on the covered terrace with a glass of wine or sunbathe in the garden shared by the residents. Within 200 metres of the property you will find a selection of traditional restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. The Regional Reserve 'Complesso Morenico di Castellaro Lagusello', an area of great interest, is just around the corner: here you can enjoy a lush natural landscape and historic-archaeological heritage, relax by the small lake, take long walks in the greenery, or visit the medieval attractions of the village of Castellaro. The lively towns of Peschiera, Desenzano, Sirmione, Lazise and others, with their beaches, are 20-30 minutes by car from the property, where you can admire the picturesque Lake Garda.



The property offers private parking. On request, a double bed can be added in one of the rooms with two single beds.

Saubere und geräumige Unterkunft, Gemeinschaftsgarten nicht sehr einladend. Lage gut nur 15 Autominuten zum Gardasee, Naturreservat ist leider nicht immer zugänglich. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und herzlich.
