About this apartment rental
Guest tax of the city of Leipzig is included in the rental price.
We offer 2 nearly identical 1-room apartments in a renovated old building on the mezzanine floor. Also to find about apartment in Leipzig net. Apartment 1: with balcony, kitchen, a well thought out living room with bunk beds, massively produced by cabinetmaker. (Apartment 2 with double bed) bathroom with shower and bath are available. Of course, we also provide a bed (stable air mattress with built-in air pump for determining the Mattress thickness) under the loft bed on, for those who can not climb or want.
Accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There have however stayed already 4 Friends wonderful.

We have placed it, getting a lot the atmosphere of the apartment. Everything is still original and wonderfully cozy.
The following additional costs apply: 20, - cleaning fee once, 10, - per pet once, 10, - day and night for each additional guest over 2 people.
Please note that the city of Leipzig has introduced a guest tax since 01. 01. 2019.
This is in our case 3, - € per night + apartment.
We are obliged to collect this amount from you locally and pay it to the city of Leipzig.

Zentral gelegen und schöner als auf den Fotos!
Das Hochbett ist super bequem, die Leiter vielleicht etwas steil, aber Preis/Leistung unschlagbar!

Kommunikation und Check-in völlig problemlos. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit bei Rückfragen. Die Wohnung ist toll und noch schöner als auf den Inserat-Fotos erkennbar. Kommen gerne wieder 😀
